We are pleased to offer the following options for returns and refunds:
Return Policy
- Eligibility: We accept returns for unused and unworn items with tags attached, within 7 days of delivery.
- Refund Options: Refunds can be processed within 15 days of your return request. Refunds are processed either through:
- Online Refund: For online payments.
- Store Credit: For COD (Cash on Delivery) payments.
How to Process a Return/Exchange
Please follow these steps to return or exchange an item:
- Package Your Items:
- Place all items, including the invoice, in a package.
- Ensure that items are unworn and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact. Items damaged in transit should still bear the original tag to qualify for return.

- Email us at hellotanaira@gmail.com with images of the product, packaging, and tags to schedule a pickup.
- Return Pickup:
- Our courier partner will pick up the package at no extra cost within 3-5 business days.
Refund Process
- Once the item is picked up, we will issue:
- Online Refund within 15 business days, based on the refund option selected when you placed the order.
- Refund will be credited to original payment method within 10 days from the date refund good has been received in our warehouse.
Exchange Policy
- Items purchased on www.tanaira.com can be exchanged for the same or another item, subject to stock availability. Exchange can be done within 3 days from the date of delivery.
